Led by nationally recognized facilitator and provider of conflict resolution and collaboration trainer Danya Rumore, Ph.D., this training will teach municipal officials the basic concepts and skill of conflict competence and provide participants with opportunities to work together to apply these concepts to real-world challenges.
Lunch, beverages, and snacks will be provided.
