Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be received in writing (email kharley@ulct.utah.gov). Attendee substitutions are permitted and will not result in a cancellation fee.
To help incur costs for the conference, the following fee schedule will apply:
- A $10 cancellation fee will apply to cancellation requests received prior to March 18, 2026.
- A 50% cancellation fee will apply to cancellation requests received between March 18 and April 15, 2026.
- The registration fee is non-refundable after April 15, 2026.
- Cancellations of guest tickets and/or meal tickets will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
